ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission is strictly by merit, without bias of sex, religion, ethnic or cultural background. Entry age into our early years is 18 months, Elementary (year 1) is from 5 years and Hign School (year 7) at least 10 years old as at December 31st of the admission year. The procedure is as follow:

Elementary

A qualifying test may be given to the child to determine their proper placement. The child will undergo both written and oral tests of subjects offered in the class in which admission is sought.

High School

All prospective pupils must write an entrance examination into the Bloffville High School. Once the exam has been passed, parents will be notified.

  • An interview is conducted for successful candidates and their parents.

  • A letter of offer of admission is issued and acceptance of offer is communicated through the payment of acceptance fees.

Registration

Admission form and prospectus can be obtained from the school's administrative office for a fee.

Elementary

The following documents are required:

  • 1 recent passport photograph.

  • Duly completed registration form.

  • Birth certificate.

  • Immunization records.

  • Statement of results from present school.

High School

The following documents are required:

  • 4 recent passport photograph.

  • Duly completed registration form.

  • Birth certificate.

  • Medical report testimonial.

  • Statement of results from present school.

Request for transfer to year 8, 9, 10, 11, will be at the discretion of management after the consideration of transcripts and letter of reference from the applicant' previous school.

Note: Medical reports only from the school' recognized health facilities are accepted.
